2 weeks in my new role.
3 months of consistently showing up here.

A lot of highs, a lot of lows, and plenty of moments where I’ve had to take a step back and appreciate the journey.

I don’t have the whole road figured out. Honestly, I’m not sure what’s around the corner — but I’m learning to trust the path, stay present, and keep showing up.

Just getting started. 🫶

Good to be back, building that strength up - took a step back to work on technique so now I’m coming back with form 💃 #fitnessjourney #strengthtraining #pullupprogress #personaltrainer #athleisure by @core.cohle

Mind to muscle 💙

Dips have a serious love/hate relationship with me. I genuinely convinced myself I couldn’t do them.

Then I remembered what my trainer taught me, corrected my form, engaged my core and listened to my body.

Sometimes it’s not about being able to — it’s about learning how. 💙

Sharing is caring. Being around people who want to see you grow shouldn’t feel like critique.

My core non-negotiables 👇🏼

Knee raises + knee raises with a twist.

These aren’t the ONLY core movements I do — they’re just my two favourites and the ones I keep coming back to.

I don’t like to overcomplicate my core training. I’d rather get really strong at a few movements, focus on control and progressively get better at them.

These have been staples for me for building **core strength + definition**, and you really don’t need an endless list of ab exercises to train your core well.

If knee raises feel too challenging right now, use the **Romanian chair as your regression** and build from there. 🤍

Ladies, don’t be afraid to actually TRAIN your core.

Not just chase the burn.
Not just endless crunches.

Get stronger. Control the movement. Progress over time.

Where’s the pull up bar?

I catch myself smiling on my commute to and from work lately.

There’s no better feeling than feeling like you’re finally on a path that feels right — but honestly, it’s taken me a while to get here.

I’ve dabbled in different things, changed direction, questioned what I actually wanted, and spent a lot of time searching for something that felt like ‘me’.

I wouldn’t say I’ve figured it all out. I’m still on the journey, and I’m sure there’ll be more twists along the way.

But right now, I’m enjoying where I’m at.

And maybe that’s the point — sometimes finding what makes you feel content takes a little longer than you expect. 🤍

Load matters… but what is load without control?

I’m officially in my “less ego, more control” era ⭐️

Especially when it comes to drop sets — one of my new favourite ways to humble myself.

It’s not always about lifting heavier. Sometimes it’s about making the weight you’re already lifting work harder.

Control first. Load second. 💅🏼

After a weekend off, Monday has come around and I woke up feeling a bit weak. I even found myself questioning whether I can still do my pull-ups…

But honestly, the hardest part is just getting there.

Your body remembers. You haven’t lost it. 🩵

You just have to show up, move your body, and trust that you’ll find your way back.

I had the BEST time this weekend. It fed my soul, and now it’s time to fuel my body and get back to it. 💫

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about finding the balance that makes you feel good — enjoying life and showing up for yourself.

BALANCE. 🦌
