Why doesn’t anyone question yoga sculpt 😫 (I love ‘sculpt’ classes layered into either modality - BUT lines are blurry since there isn’t a stand alone “Sculpt” certification.) by @coreopilatesoc

Sound healing is a journey of creation....one that awakens the imagination and invites us to pause, breathe, and reconnect within. ✨

A moment to slow down, listen deeply, and allow sound and frequency to guide us back to ourselves. 🎶

Deep gratitude to Evelyn @coreopilatesoc for creating such a wonderful event and for allowing us to be part of it. It was a beautiful opportunity to share sound, frequency, and connection after an amazing workout. ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us and opened their hearts to this experience.

For the wonderful b-12 shot @thehydrationroom
