Sound healing is a journey of creation....one that awakens the imagination and invites us to pause, breathe, and reconnect within. ✨

A moment to slow down, listen deeply, and allow sound and frequency to guide us back to ourselves. 🎶

Deep gratitude to Evelyn @coreopilatesoc for creating such a wonderful event and for allowing us to be part of it. It was a beautiful opportunity to share sound, frequency, and connection after an amazing workout. ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us and opened their hearts to this experience.

For the wonderful b-12 shot @thehydrationroom

Meet Evelyn 🤍

Her pilates journey started during pregnancy, when it helped her stay in tune with her body and build the deep core strength that carried her through. In class, she hopes you walk away feeling supported, challenged, and like you had fun getting there, all set to a playlist that matches the pace of the movement (groovy house music is the current favorite).

Her advice for your first class: pilates is about progression, not performance. It won’t always be pretty or perfect, but the more you challenge yourself, the more rewarding the progress becomes.

Outside the studio, she’s spending time with family and friends, coffee in hand, probably cooking something good.

Come take class with Evelyn!

SOUND ON FOR FULL STORY! 🤰🏼

And that’s exactly what inspired my workshop, “She’s Pregnant, Not Broken.”

I wanted to create a space for teachers to look beyond the list of things we shouldn’t do during pregnancy and instead ask:

What CAN she do?
How can we continue to challenge her?
And how can we adapt movement without taking away the movement experience?

My latest YouTube Vlog is LIVE, and I’m taking you behind the scenes of this workshop—from teaching, to the conversations, movement exploration, and everything that happens in between.

And now… we’re doing it again!

I’m bringing “She’s Pregnant, Not Broken” to Washington this weekend at @alignpilatesandfitnessyakima

If you’re a Pilates teacher who wants to feel more confident, creative, and thoughtful when working with prenatal clients, I’d love to have you there or ONLINE!
(Link in Bio)!

🤰🏼 “She’s Pregnant, Not Broken”

Come see what’s possible when we stop asking, “What should she avoid?” and start asking, “How can I help her move well?”
