It’s still hard for me to wrap my mind around how fast everything is happening. I wouldn’t have it any other way babygirl. I love you & the boys so much and can’t wait to meet our angel ❤️ by @coreyp80

Been struggling to gain weight and I’ve finally reached 180lbs. Going to be scary once I clean up my diet😤 took advantage of my gyms new posing room tonight, hoping I can keep this vascularity as I hope to reach 190lbs now. This fitness journey has been a rollercoaster but I love every second of it.

Oh how I missed this right here!!!! Not too shabby for a 30yr old with 3 kids and NO PRACTICE 🤷🏻‍♂️ couldn’t be more blessed to have my family + kids watch & support me today ❤️ @taylor.brianne__ I love you so much and it means the world to me that you guys could watch today. Till the next track meet….and it definitely won’t be 8 years until the next one, MASTERS OLYMPICS in the future 🤷🏻‍♂️🤞🏽 #love #track #trackandfield #highjump #tracknation #nike #explore #masterstrack taken in Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University by @coreyp80

Another client that exceeded all my expectations! Kim came to me wanting help with form for certain exercises, and wanted to gain strength and boy did she ever! Her numbers went up tremendously in our 2 months together, her running background definitely helped push her through our workouts. I’m very proud of the progress you made Kim & I’m excited to see what you do in the future 💪🏼🙏🏼 by @coreyp80

‼️CLIENT SPOTLIGHT‼️

Mike & I trained together for 3 months! He had a knee replacement & a shoulder injury to overcome…..but the progress he made during our time together is undeniable! It was a pleasure working with you Mike & I can’t wait till you’re back later this year to get some more work in! 💪🏼 (He’s a snowbird so he’s only here for a short time during the year) taken in Workout Anytime Dunnellon by @coreyp80

To my son Ty, Proud, doesn’t do justice to how I feel about how far you have come. From playing CENTER last flag season, to this year being a STANDOUT Player all around. It was such a privilege to watch all your hard work come to fruition buddy. I love you so much & feel so grateful and blessed to be apart of your life. Love Corey ❤️

Well I’m a year older and can still jump pretty decent! Would have liked to have gotten 6’1 but considering the wind & the warm up situation…..I’ll take it! Blessed that I’m still able to do this at my age, going to train hard in the weight room for the next few months & really work on some things. Can’t wait for the next meet 💪🏼✅
