Now…there’s already two 10.7s on the board for US Women for this year and I can PROMISE YOU it ain’t on Coach Shavers mind or Coach Ross mind to NOT be ready at the trials. I seriously doubt either of them are planning to have their girls go any slower between now and Trials. So she gone have to pick up the pace soon Jack. Don’t give me that she ain’t ran a hundred yet…23 twice with 2 L’s says a lot Jack! @ty.akins said I’m on fentanyl 🤣🤣🤣

It’s going down tonight! A lot to discuss! This week’s new Power Rankings: who’s in, who’s out, and why. More impressive: Courtney Lindsey running 19.88 or Sears running 10.77? What does this do for her 400m? Whose 10.01 looked better, Kenny’s or Noah’s? Do you think indoor possibly affected Noah? Is Courtney Lindsey a real threat to all the top U.S. sprinters? Britton Wilson runs 50.74. Do you see her consistently going 49 this year and/or making the team? Rojas is out with an Achilles injury! Team USA again fails in the relay. Tonight on RaesTake, we discuss the RaesTake Power 5 rankings going into the outdoor season. A Track Spices question: Who is under more pressure to perform at Paris out of Noah, Grant, Sha’Carri, and Jackson? If Sha’Carri wins gold in Paris, should she be put on the Mount Rushmore of 100m women’s sprinters? Who is on your Mt. Rushmore of Female 100m Sprinters? Quincy Williams tweets he’s thinking of going to the Olympic trials this summer with a time of 45.76 indoors. Should he? Britton Wilson seems to be ready for the outdoor season. What are your thoughts on how she will come out performing, as RaesTake doesn’t have her in the Power 5 for women’s Hurdles? Do you think Christopher Morales Williams should leave college if he wins NCAA outdoor with a 44? After the federation received warnings about inadequate testing, Stronger Testing for Brazil, Portugal, Ecuador, and Peru to be able to compete at Paris. Fair or unfair? All this and more. Plus, 400m Hurdles medalist @mrjamescarter joins the show!

Tonight’s Line Up! With 2024 here, what can we expect from the men? Oh it’s gonna be a barn burner of surprises. They say DeGrasse is greener where you water it. After what many of his fans would consider a 90% disappointment of his 2023 season (he did come on strong at the end of the season) Andre and his coach, Rana Raider has once again recommitted themselves to one another. Can the man you can NEVER count out of the medal hunt be the redeem himself as the world’s greatest medal threat? Is it a false alarm or are we Bracing for impact? Marvin Bracey is has done the unthinkable. He moved from Jacksonville and Tumbleweed TC to Dennis Mitchell’s camp in the Orlando area. Bracey, who is a well known 60m dominating performer, took home a medal at the 2022 World Championships. Last season, he had many downs then ups. With this move, what can we expect from the 31 year old? You’re gonna learn the easy way or the Holloway. He’s a three time world outdoor champion. Multiple time indoor champion. He’s the first ever sub 7.30 60mH. He holds the indoor world record, he’s number 2 all time at 110mh with his 12.81….he’s this generation’s Allen Johnson. But as great as Grant is, he has to slay the demon of the Tokyo Olympics? Rai, are you finally War ready? What do you call a man that is capable of going 10.03, 19.98 and 44.21? You call him the second fastest 400mH in history. 6’3, 170 of the perfect hurdle specimen. He’s earned the monikers of “John Wick” and “The Matrix.” His arrival on the scene after his brilliant college career set the world ablaze. Many thought he was going to reign supreme over what many had dubbed “the hardest event” in track…..and then somewhere across the Atlantic, in a country that birthed the likes of Erik the Red, the last of Vikings was discovered and since his arrival, much like his ancestors, he’s conquered the event and Rai Benjamin, leaving a trail of tears, heart break and pure disappointment. But every story at some point, the victim will victimize the assassin. Can “The Matrix” finally defeat The Viking Assassin? All this plus much more!!!
