Last year I made a massive investment in my self and got a fitness coach. (Swipe to see the before and after)

I had NO idea how much @liftwithblanca would change my life. I was a chronic under eater always chasing a lower number on the scale and wanting to be “toned” all at the same time. Blanca, her programming and truly her dedication to helping me reach my goals changed my outlook on my body, the way I eat and lift. Her knowledge helped me make this lifestyle change permanent. It’s been hard work and a long road but Im the strongest I’ve ever been, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been in my skin and it’s all thanks to her.

@liftwithblanca you’re the best ❤️ by @corkytea

Giant sphinx moth! The reason I stopped killing hornworms and just started growing extra tomato plants. I don’t need them all and these guys are just magical, Fluffy babies 🥰🥰🥰🥰

This guy was chillin on my wall trying to get eaten by a lizard while shot photos. She flew off into the brush when I was done getting my photos 😊 by @corkytea

My Lover, My Loneliness OUT NOW on all streaming platforms!

When I wrote this song, I don’t think I was ready to hear what it had to say to me. But it was always there waiting. And for some reason beyond me, the minute Courtney pressed record, I heard it. I let it in. And not only was that moment filmed, but it became the version that is on the album.
It was truly a special and powerful thing for me and I’m so happy you guys get to hear it now.

I love you all and so very grateful for you.
Full album drops 9/11/26 ❤️

IT’S HERE!!!! 😭😭😭😍😍😍😍😍😍
Full video on YouTube, link in bio 😘

It’s my birthday today. I usually don’t make a fuss about it but, this is the only fuss I have been waiting to make.
If you are going through the shit…. Put that amazing outfit on. Give yourself a present. Take yourself out. Remember the kid that was the truest version of you and change your narrative.

Hard times are guaranteed, but looking and feeling amazing is up to you.
Love you guys. I hope you love it ❤️❤️❤️❤️
