Let’s talk pelvic floor! 👀🤔 The things we experience but don’t always talk about; leaking, pressure, pain, core connection, and everything in between.

We’re bringing education + movement together for a special morning at Cornerstone with Pelvic Floor OT Erica Bermudez 💜

Come curious. Ask the questions. Nothing is TMI.

Spend the morning with our resident good-energy girl Amanda 🌞🤍 with her emotional support mic, plenty of laughs, and a love for all things SPICY. 🌶️ She’ll push you, motivate you, and somehow have you smiling through the longest 45 minutes of your life 😂

✨A little behind the scenes of a morning at Cornerstone. 🤍
