A day in my 40 something life… A little work, a little motherhood, a lot of multitasking. Learning that doing enough is enough ✨

Plan around your workout, make a day of it.

We’re making time to spend at @cornerstonepilatesjc on our next Jersey City day. When movement anchors your day, the rest of your agenda feels like a perfect complement.

Book your class first, and let everything fall into place around it.

Cesar Ovalles has hit the ground running at his job at Cornerstone Pilates! 🩰

Owner Kyra Balan was able to hire Cesar to assist with PR and marketing needs for her boutique fitness studio through the @jerseycitynext summer youth jobs program, which the Solomon Administration funded through grants and philanthropy ❤️

We can't wait to see what this dream team accomplishes this summer! 🌟

Let me put you on to the reformer studios I’ve tried in North Jersey 😊 saving you the parking stress too

📍The Daily Pilates- Summit (paid street parking, gets busy at night, leave extra time)

📍Pilatte Studio- Montclair (parking lot, easy)

📍Reform Studio - Bloomfield (free street parking, megaformer not typical reformer but still counts)

📍Pilates x Three - Union (paid street parking, gets busy, leave time)

📍Club Pilates - Montclair (paid street) & West Caldwell (parking lot)

📍Cornerstone Pilates - Jersey City (street parking, gets really busy, get there early)

which one are you trying first?
