Ever wondered how our iconic stripes are made? 💙

From Cornish clay to the finished piece, there's a lot of skill, care and craftsmanship behind every piece of Cornishware.

Each piece goes through a fascinating process of moulding, fettling, drying, firing, decorating and glazing. And those famous stripes? They're created by our skilled decorators using traditional techniques that can take up to a year to master.

Swipe through for a little behind-the-scenes look at how Cornishware comes to life.
