Thursday … Don’t let the heaviness of the outside world take over your home. Focus on what makes your soul feel at peace. Do the things that match what you believe in. Make good food, enjoy the little things, love your people well. Have a wonderful day, it’s a chilli start here 🤍🕯️🤍 #coastalliving #coastalvibes #coastalart #coastalcottage #candles

Happy Thursday

It’s no secret around here that I’m a cornishware lover.
Red blue and pink strip are my favourites. I did have the yellow and green at one time but passed them on to 2 of my daughters who also love cornishware.
I change the colours with the seasons red for autumn and winter. The blue comes out in February until April that’s when the pink appears. The blue will resurface at the end of summer for a while until it’s time for the red again.
You all must think I’m mad as it’s a big change over each time but I love it. When I change it it’s like walking into a new kitchen, I don’t get bored of the one pop of colour. I’ve never actually thought of mixing them up and having all 3 colours out at once, I’m not sure if that would work with my OCD everything has to be matching 🙂
I have started to collect the new vibrant pink stripe just waiting on the storage jars and maybe some other pieces to make an appearance @cornishware how wonderful that would be 😉

Have a beautiful day whether it’s filled with stripes or not ❤️💙🩷

💙 Rooted in Cornwall, made for your home. 💙

Did you know Cornishware has a special connection to Cornwall? 🌊

The story begins with the rich china clay deposits around St Austell, Cornwall, a region with a long and proud history of ceramics. By sourcing clay from Cornwall and combining it with traditional British craftsmanship and manufacturing in Stoke-on-Trent, Cornishware brings a little piece of the Cornish landscape into every home.

Famous for its distinctive stripes and timeless designs, Cornishware beautifully blends its heritage with modern living, creating pieces that are as practical as they are charming. 💙🤍

✨ Celebrate Cornwall’s natural resources and Britain’s ceramic heritage with Cornishware.

Tuesday … Some people recharge by being out and busy. Others recharge by being home. Quiet spaces, slower days, tea/coffee, homemade cake. Familiar surroundings bring comfort, thats where many of us feel settled and relaxed. Have a wonderful day 🫶🏻🙋🏼‍♀️

I think chatting through our plans both for our cottage and the garden/orchard is one of our favourite conversations. And one that happens almost every time we sit down mid way through a weekend potter. ☕️

Btw I will share the recipe for these delicious amaretti chewy buns I’m munching on - they were so good.
