Before Chatswood existed, shale hills covered in Sydney Blue Gum High Forest stood here. @woodsbagot looked at that history and made it the design language for Archer & Albert - vertical façade elements drawn from the trunk of the Eucalyptus saligna, textured concrete and brickwork, deep planted balconies that shadow and soften over time.

@coronationproperty’s 150-residence development is under construction on a prominent three-street corner, one block from Chatswood’s retail core and directly bordering the South Chatswood conservation area.

The 1898 house on the Albert Avenue corner is being retained and restored as a café opening onto a new landscaped public park - a heritage thread woven into a contemporary address.

Tower crane arrives October. Completion Q3 2028.

An incredible start for Archer & Albert with more than $50 million in sales secured during our VIP launch last weekend ahead of the project’s official public launch.

It was fantastic to see the excitement surrounding a new residential offering in the heart of Chatswood, with more than 150 guests visiting the display suite across the weekend.

Designed by globally renowned architect @woodsbagot, with landscape by @arcadialandarch, Archer & Albert brings together considered and design led living.

This weekend, we officially open Archer & Albert to the public and wider Chatswood community.

The Archer & Albert display suite is open Wednesday–Sunday, 1pm–4pm.

From breaking ground to building momentum.

Earlier this year, we turned the sod at Waterloo marking the beginning of a significant new chapter for the project.

Located in Sydney’s inner city, Waterloo will deliver much-needed housing at scale, with Build-to-Rent living operated by @nation.au alongside retail, hospitality, wellbeing and public spaces designed to bring residents and the wider community together.

Designed by @aboutsjb, @batessmart, @curious_practice and @chenchowlittle the precinct brings together diverse architectural perspectives to create a considered neighbourhood that responds to its inner-city setting.

Recently approved as the largest housing development through the NSW Housing Delivery Authority pathway to date, Waterloo represents an important step forward in the delivery of well-located housing.

In The News: Waterloo Secures Major HDA Approval

Our Waterloo mixed-use precinct has secured approval through the NSW Government’s Housing Delivery Authority pathway, paving the way for 826 Build-to-Rent apartments in Sydney’s inner south.

Located on the corner of Danks and Young Streets the 2.1 hectare precinct will bring together rental living, retail, dining, wellbeing and public space with architecture by @aboutsjb, @batessmart, @curious_practice and @chenchowlittle.

As the largest housing development approved through the HDA pathway to date, this milestone marks an important step towards delivering new housing at scale in a highly connected inner-city location.

The approval was featured on @7newssyd over the weekend, highlighting the scale of Waterloo and the role Build-to-Rent can play in increasing housing supply and choice for Sydney renters.

Construction is well underway, with Waterloo to be operated by @nation.au upon completion.
