At 1250 Eye Street, lighting carries a consistent design language from gathering spaces to presentation areas and the fitness center. A custom LS2 creates a striking frame overhead, Lalina brings a soft glow to the architectural edges, and standard LS2 linear give the active spaces a clean, steady rhythm.

At 1919 N Lynn, light becomes part of the architecture. PG2 Perimeter Glow traces the sculptural lounge with soft, uniform illumination, while LSR2 introduces clean linear definition throughout the surrounding spaces.

Together, the fixtures complement the project’s warm wood tones, layered textures, and fluid architectural details.

Lighting becomes part of the workout at Gym 1801.

Designed by @the_cosine , the space uses our fixtures to create movement, energy, and definition throughout each zone. The Wave creates a sculptural focal point at the entry, while the Square adds bold geometry to the intimate training space. The LS Square transforms the open gym with an immersive RGB ceiling pattern, and PG2 Perimeter Glow adds depth by tracing the architecture with a clean layer of light.

Together, each fixture helps shape an environment that feels immersive, motivating, and built for motion.
