Heather and I became best friends within minutes of meeting each other. Over the last 20+ years there wasn’t a big moment in either of our lives that the other didn’t know about. When we couldn’t see each other, we settled for weekly texts with podcast recommendations, true crime theories, new songs to listen to, concerts to plan to attend, or just checking in.

Heather was family. She’s one of the strongest people I will ever know. So many songs sound different now that she’s gone. I will never forget her or how important her friendship is to me. by @corourke4
