Our journey keeps growing! We love shining a light on amazing people from around the globe — to share their unique stories about using Ukrainian products and services.

Meet Corrie Nieto @corrie.ua — a Los Angeles native who has called Ukraine home since 2015. He’s been right in the middle of Ukraine’s tech explosion, working with some top Ukrainian IT companies in copywriting and sales. When the full-scale invasion hit, Corrie relocated to Mukachevo, then Porto, Portugal. But his heart never left Ukraine, and in 2023, he made his way back to Odesa.

Passionate about showing the world Ukraine’s beauty and strength, Corrie decided to make a big leap from tech to media. Now, he’s the host of the podcast “Expats in Ukraine” and a Video Journalist for Euromaidan Press, an English language Ukrainian media outlet.

In our latest interview, Corrie shares his journey in Ukrainian tech, the values he admires most in Ukrainian brands, and some hidden fashion gems you won’t want to miss.
