I might have gone a little overboard in the editing department.

Dude, I cannot believe that the new @aurorawavemusic song goes this bananas in class, such a headbanger.

Every class I have ever taken with weights has been nothing short of a waste of time.

Riders stop pedaling, heart rate drops, and 3-pound curls aren’t replacing an actual strength workout.

If I am bringing weights onto the bike, I’m keeping the legs moving, staying out of the saddle, and making the weights part of the choreography.

Stop wasting your riders’ time, raise your standards.
