GET TO KNOW- C O R Y 💜
He’s one of our newest instructors but he’s not new to instructing at all!
Here’s is story on becoming an instructor
-
“I was introduced to spin through my mom, who is also an instructor and would drag me to her classes every morning since I was 9 years old. Thirteen years later I followed in her footsteps and asked her to teach me how to to be an instructor, after that the rest was history.
I love providing people with a great work out while keeping them entertained throughout the entire class. Outside of spin I make music, act in shows, and absolutely LOVE to do karaoke, catch me dishing out some rhymes in downtown Fullerton on the weekends, or just come take my classes on Wednesday at 5pm or Friday at 10:30am see ya there! 🎉💯”

You heard him! Come get your workout and some entertainment.

Instructor Spotlight: Cory Casler

What’s your class like/what do you want your riders to get out of your classes?

My class is focused on high energy, loud music, and FUN. My goal is for 45 minutes to go by faster than you could have ever imagined, while also getting a killer workout along the way!

Type of music you like to play?

My playlists are filled with diversity, from bass pounding EDM, to guitar shredding classic rock. My goal is for every person of any age to have at least one song that they pop off to, and to not overcrowd my playlists with a certain genre.

3 songs you love to use at the moment?

See You Again - Miley Cyrus
Holiday - Green Day
Hot Girl Bummer - Blackbear

Favorite move?

Anything with claps, make the room SHAKE 👏🏻

Something people may not know about you:

I’m a cat person 😺

When do you teach?

Monday - 6:00 am
Tuesday - 10:30 am
Wednesday - 6:30 pm
Friday - 5:45 pm
Saturday - 10:30 am
Sunday - 7:45 am

Catch me at the studio any day other than Thursday, much love! 💜

Today we celebrate a legend.

@cory_casler was born into the spin community when his mother introduced him to indoor cycling in his youth. He has been a teacher since his teens. We are fortunate to experience his unique style of a spin performing with an authentic teacher who genuinely cares about each person in his class.

Congrats Cory. Pedals 2023 Instructor of The Year

Congratulations to @cory_casler as 2023 Purple Pedal Instructor of The Year.

It's an honor to give this award every year and yet so incredibly hard to pick only one person.

Cory is/has been a lifeline for me and so many others. I often say, "Don't let the performance fool you, he still cries when he thinks of Bambi.

Thank you Cory for being you and letting us all share in your journey of greatness.
