It was truly crazy to see guys that have had successful careers and been great at the game for so long crash out trying to do something new that isn’t working for him in the first place, but because everybody else is doing it while watching it not work for those guys either..

What a week. 🔥

Stress Initiative pushed athletes out of their comfort zones, challenged how they communicate, think, lead, and respond under pressure — and they absolutely embraced it. 💪🧠

We loved watching these athletes compete, struggle, adapt, laugh, and grow together.

Pressure reveals. Pressure teaches. Pressure builds. ⚒️🔥

Is nothing better than watching an athletic kid love the game that you love. It’s gonna be fun to watch you in the very near future…

This guy just did more parenting than I’ve seen all year.. but at least y’all got tournaments to play

Wat Eye’m learning is that between the ages of 12-24 we are in a stage of Hyperrational Thinking • Where a reward can feel bigger than a future cost, even when the risk is real •

Social Media exploits this and those between that age group today are now faced with being rewarded with likes or even fame and money for the dumbest of things •

They don’t care about future risks cause the rewards of today are too enticing •

They don’t care that they are failing in school cause when they can get online and get that dopamine hit all the important things fade to black • by @coryaldridge

Back in 2005, Adam Dunn led the ENTIRE league with 168 strikeouts.

Fast-forward 21 years, and that total wouldn't even crack the top 10 in 2026.

For perspective:
2005 MLB strikeout leader:
Adam Dunn — 168 K

2026 MLB strikeout leader:
Colson Montgomery — 227 K by @coryaldridge
