✨ New year + lots of new faces around here, so it’s time for a little re-introduction 🤭
Hi! I’m Moe! My name is actually Monika (yes, with a k) and it’s pronounced moe knee kuh. I’m a 27 year old Nevada native and I’ve been behind the chair for 10 years, which still feels surreal to say. Over the years, I’ve discovered what truly lights me up as a stylist: bold reds, seamless blondes, and self expression through non traditional color. There’s nothing I love more than helping my clients feel like the most authentic version of themselves. ✨
When I’m not in the salon, you can find me chasing my four kids around. We’re usually outside, trying new activities, or curled up watching Twilight together. Motherhood and my career have grown side by side, and getting to watch both evolve has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life.
Beyond hair and motherhood, I’m deeply passionate about energy work. I’m Reiki certified, but astrology and tarot have my heart ✨ (yes, private readings are available during appointments or online!) I also love cooking nourishing meals, baking sourdough, experimenting in the kitchen, and getting lost in a good book. Dark academia, gothic romantasy, and southern gothic are a few of my favorite genres. Safe to say, we’ll never run out of things to chat about at your appointment ♥️

- small services are available as add ons to your appointment or to experience on their own
- larger services are available for an in person session or digitally with your own copy of the reading
- I have also started offering event readings; whether you need someone at your galentines, post break up party, or just for the family reunion!

Did you really believe me when I said I was tired of blonde?? I’ve always wanted Mo to give me silver hair, wishes do come true!🩶

When I was about 20, I remember finding my first gray hairs.. Over the last few years, Mo and I have lovingly joked about “my sparkles” but we never really focused on blending or covering them much but just let them grow in.

At about 29/30, I started noticing thicker patches of grays and whites showing up all over and by this spring, most of my head was weaved with gray hairs. This time around we decided to fully embrace it!

While genetically I’m predisposed to early graying, it’s also a result of not managing my stress well. Always taking on too much and never prioritizing rest.

I’m still learning the balancing act on that stress thing but at least now I really fit the witch claims 😏 🧿 by @cos.moe
