Beautiful mistakes.
When I started these classes, I never imagined they would become something my community felt they needed. I honestly didn’t expect to receive this level of support, i always thought! Who’s gonna show up! And they SHOW UP!
So many couples attend these classes who have been married for 10, 20, 30 even 40 years. My algorithm wasn’t showing me enough examples of Black love, so creating a space where I could witness it for myself has brought me to tears from state to state.
I’ve learned that one of the most important things in a relationship is having fun. Take the time to learn each other. Communication is key in every relationship. Learn who your partner was so you can better understand who they are today. Be kind and gentle to one another… by @couplesstretch

📍New Rock City📍 we kick off today!!! (Please Read Carefully)

I’m excited to announce that I’ll be teaching at @genptstudios ! Due to popular demand! Fall is here and perfect time to get right for “next summer” splits outside!

Details:

- Timeline: You have 2 months to complete 10 classes or as many in that time frame ( October- December ) .

- Start Date: Before purchasing, you can choose your start date just make sure it’s either the first day of your class or anytime in October & November ! You can also buy packages for future use if you’re moving to NYC for later in the year. Your start date can be flexible!
- Sharing Options: One of the great features of these packages is that you can share them! If you bring a friend, we pull a class from your package for them with a $50 fee.

- Class Schedule: Classes are held EVERY Monday at 8 PM.
- Location: New Rochelle

- Important Reminder: Please use your email to purchase your package. After your purchase, you will receive an email to download my app. Make sure to use the same email to book your classes through the app!
