Beautiful mistakes.
When I started these classes, I never imagined they would become something my community felt they needed. I honestly didn’t expect to receive this level of support, i always thought! Who’s gonna show up! And they SHOW UP!
So many couples attend these classes who have been married for 10, 20, 30 even 40 years. My algorithm wasn’t showing me enough examples of Black love, so creating a space where I could witness it for myself has brought me to tears from state to state.
I’ve learned that one of the most important things in a relationship is having fun. Take the time to learn each other. Communication is key in every relationship. Learn who your partner was so you can better understand who they are today. Be kind and gentle to one another…

Okay, this might be one of the smoothest date ideas I’ve seen. 👀

Wade Bryant’s NYC couples stretch classes are about more than flexibility. They’re designed around trust, communication, safety, and connecting with your plus one.

A little stretching, a little bonding… yeah, I like this. 🧘🏽‍♂️🖤
