🌹👑 The Art of Turning Pain into Beauty 👑🌹

The moments that shape us are not always gentle...
and yet, they hold the power to transform us.

Crowns are not symbols of perfection.
They are forged through pressure, presence, and devotion.

This crown was created in reverence to my faith and willingness to place my pain at the feet of Christ to be a vessel of love.

May it remind you that courage is not the absence of fear,
but the willingness to listen, feel, and choose again.

There comes a moment when fear is no longer the loudest voice.

I was terrified.
And still, I chose.

I gathered the information.
I listened to my body.
I trusted the knowing that lived deeper than logic.

This was the moment I understood...
my story was not something happening to me.

It was something I was creating.

God spoke to me while I was in a Coma and told me to trust him... Even when I lost my memory... I knew there was a bigger plan.

This moment rewrote my life...
I could choose to allow it to break me... or challenge me to rise above my circumstance and create my biggest pain into my biggest super power.
.
I could choose Heaven of hell...
To come into gratitude and prayer even when everything around me was in chaos.

This is only the beginning....

I was struggling with staying focused.
My mind wondered about as I had business calls, appointments and meetings to schedule... life was feeling a bit overwhelming.
.
So I took out a cone and began practicing the methods of somatic meditation that I knew best.
.
Reconnecting with myself through breath, awareness and guiding myself to ask the deeper questions...

"What are you running from?"

"What stories have created fears inside you to be in a place of distraction and dissociating from the moment?"

"What stories would you like to speak into reality?"
.
These moments of choosing to love myself with this art has been proudly life changing.

That's why I'd like to share it with you...
Take 21 days with me.
Learn henna while you learn to create new stories around loving yourself deeper.

My Somatic transformation tool that started a Courageous movement... for myself and others.

I share how this art taught me how to practice it for myself through my car accident... reminding me the healing that goes deeper than skin surface and what was created from it.
