21 days to create new rituals.
21 days to choose love over fear. ✨

21 Days of Self Love starts October 21st.

Inside, we’ll explore meditation, journaling, somatic practices, creativity, intention, and daily tools you can actually carry into your life.

Enrollment closes October 19th.

I was struggling with staying focused.
My mind wondered about as I had business calls, appointments and meetings to schedule... life was feeling a bit overwhelming.
.
So I took out a cone and began practicing the methods of somatic meditation that I knew best.
.
Reconnecting with myself through breath, awareness and guiding myself to ask the deeper questions...

"What are you running from?"

"What stories have created fears inside you to be in a place of distraction and dissociating from the moment?"

"What stories would you like to speak into reality?"
.
These moments of choosing to love myself with this art has been proudly life changing.

That's why I'd like to share it with you...
Take 21 days with me.
Learn henna while you learn to create new stories around loving yourself deeper.
.

I created 21 Days of Self Love because I know how easy it is to pour our energy into everyone and everything around us…and forget to come home to ourselves.

For 21 days, I’ll be guiding you through simple daily practices designed to help you reconnect with your body, your heart, your creativity, and the way you speak to yourself.

We start October 21st and enrollment closes October 19th. 💛

If you’ve been craving a reset, deeper self-trust, and a little more love in your everyday life, I’d love to have you join me.

What would shift if you chose love for yourself for 21 days? 🤍

My 21 Days of Self Love journey begins October 21st — a daily practice of coming back to yourself through meditation, journaling, creativity, somatic awareness, intention, and self-love.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you are beneath the fear, pressure, and noise.

✨ We begin October 21

Fall is a powerful reminder that change doesn't always mean something is wrong.

Sometimes it means something is ready to be released. 🍁

As I adorn myself with henna... I have been reflecting on what I am harvesting from this season.

What am I ready to let go of and what I want to embody moving forward.

What are you releasing?
What are you receiving?

What are you choosing to carry into this next season?

This is what I love about Somatic Art... we can take something that we are feeling internally and give it shape movement meaning on the body!

Become the Art. 💕🫰🏼

This Friday, I’m bringing something close to my heart to Cura. 🤍

Join me 6–7 PM for a powerful Somatic Henna Ritual Workshop, where I’ll also share my personal story of Crowns of Courage.

An invitation to connect through art, ritual, and the courage to share our stories. Come as you are..I’d love to share this hour with you.

In 2017, Henna Crowns of Courage came to ArtPrize. 👑

I adorned 22 women walking through chemotherapy who had lost their hair, creating intentional henna crowns as a reminder of their beauty, courage, dignity and royalty.

This was never novelty henna. Each crown became a ceremony filled with prayer, tears, stories, love and courage.

“You will be a crown of glory in the hand of the Lord, a royal diadem in the palm of your God.” — Isaiah 62:3 ✨

What began at ArtPrize grew into a mission, and since then I’ve had the honor of crowning over 200 cancer survivors.

Now I’m returning to ArtPrize 2026 with a new intentional activation:

BECOME THE ART.

As you walk through Grand Rapids experiencing art, you’ll have the opportunity to receive an intentional henna adornment — a symbol, prayer or reminder of what you want to embody.

Because sometimes art isn’t only something we look at.

Sometimes we wear it. Feel it. Live it. Become it. ✨

So grateful to bring this sacred work back to where so much of the journey began.
