POSTS STORIES REELS

2 years ago I would have never imagined hopping on a plane to Europe by myself again…

March 2024, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that had changed my life forever called Myasthenia Gravis. At my worst, I could barely see, walk, smile, or barely function.

It’s been a long journey to get where I’m at today. I grieve the person I was before, the one who never had to think twice about what her body could do. But somewhere along the way, I started loving the person I’ve become!!

A couple weeks ago, my amazing neurologist reminded me how far I’ve come. She said I looked strong and healthy, and that I should go celebrate that. “Doctor’s orders” lol twist my arm

So cheers to staying healthy and always fighting for yourself 🤍 by @courtlynnc

Enjoy this view of LA while I reflect on where I was three years ago 🤍

After a ski accident in Park City [3 years ago], I completely tore my ACL and sprained my MCL/meniscus. It sucked, especially since I was in the best shape of my life doing double days at the time. Rehab was a grind, but I just kept telling myself that if anyone could handle this injury, it was me.
The “journey” has been over for a while, but today I ran the fastest and longest I have in 3 years (7 miles, bby!). I’m just v proud. Sporty Courty ✌️ by @courtlynnc
