POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We are incredibly grateful to share that Craft Omakase has retained its Michelin star for the third consecutive year!

When we first opened our doors, we were a small team of seven, just trying to make some good food, pay the bills, and hopefully make a living doing what we love. Three years later, our team has more than doubled, and with the upcoming opening of @craftnoriatx , our little family will soon be pushing thirty people.

With that growth comes new challenges, greater responsibilities, and more people counting on us to get it right. But the things that matter most haven’t changed: taking care of our guests, taking care of each other, and putting out food we’re proud of.

None of this would be possible without the hard work and dedication of our team, the patience and sacrifices of our families, and the continued support of our guests. We’re lucky to have so many good people in our corner.

Congratulations to all the restaurants and individuals recognized this year. Here’s to another year of learning, growing, and hopefully getting a few things right along the way! taken in Austin, Texas by @craftomakase

We are humbled to share that Craft Omakase has retained its Michelin star for 2025.

This recognition is a reflection of our incredible team who show up every day with passion, care, and relentless dedication.

To our guests, thank you for letting us be part of your stories, from simple dinners to life’s most special celebrations. Your trust and joy give meaning to what we do.

And to our families, thank you for your patience, love, and support through every late night.

This star is a reminder to keep growing, learning, and crafting with purpose.
