Ibiza 25 ☀️🌴🎶
Had to get this one squeezed in and posted before the Ibiza 26 trips begin.

My favourite island and one I genuinely don’t think I’ll ever get sick of. Super grateful for all the good friends and industry connections I’ve made out there over the years. Thankful for all the hospitality, invites and always being looked after out there. Makes Ibiza feel like a second home ❤️

Heading back out this week for 4 shows for little sis. Including an Obeach debut, cafe del mar and pukka up boat party and Solanaldn. With more Ibiza shows already booked for September 🙌🏼 taken in Ibiza, Spain by @craigchatt

Uganda — Round 3 🇺🇬
Obviously very late posting this, but this is still one of the projects I get asked about the most, so I couldn’t let it go without sharing.

I’m incredibly grateful and proud to have been part of building this amazing school and working in this incredible charity over the past years. One Love Junior School truly is a very special place, and I’ve been lucky enough to experience first-hand where all of our hard work, donations and fundraising go. I’ve also seen this school almost double in size over all the years including the introduction of the additional needs learning centre which has ultimately saved some of these children’s lives.

Every penny and every gift donated has helped to give these children a home and drastically improve their lives. Seeing the difference it makes is something I’ll never forget.

Throughout these trips, I’ve met some seriously inspiring people from all walks of life and made true friendships that will last a lifetime.

Fish and chip shop… completed it mate ✅ 🐟 🍟

Buzzing that my fish and chip shop is now officially open and serving some unreal food. It’s a pretty surreal feeling rocking up to my own shop, one that I’ve had for well over a year and finally grabbing some food from it. Opening week was a huge success, with queues down the road and nothing but 5* reviews 😮‍💨

It’s been a good laugh because obviously I don’t know much about chip shops or food service 😂 But ultimately, I bought the shop and flat for the development potential, with land at the rear currently going through planning for 2 shops and 4 studio apartments.

The irony in this one is hilarious — but in the spirit of transparency, here’s a little story…

These photos are me, chuffed as nuts after selling my Woodbridge project for £510,000. Little did I know, the buyer would pull out three months later — just two weeks before exchange.

I relisted it, and thankfully it sold again a month later (for £10k less). At that point, I was just glad to find another buyer so quickly and get it over the line. But… two months later, just a few weeks from completion, buyer number two announced their circumstances have changed and pulled out too. Cheers then 🤣

So, the cursed Woodbridge project is now going to be kept in the portfolio - As I haven’t got the time or patience to go through the selling process with this one again 🙄

Valuable lessons:
1. It’s not SOLD until it’s really SOLD. (I knew this — but now I’ve lived it.)
2. Property sometimes doesn’t go exactly to plan, despite what Homes Under the Hammer might suggest. But if you’ve got backup options and can pivot fast, they usually work out just as well. 👍 taken in Woodbridge, Suffolk by @craigchatt
