My dream studio is officially finished ☁️✨

For everyone who’s been following this journey, you’ll know the previous space I announced was only ever temporary while Craig and I planned, built and perfected the salon I’ve dreamt of for years.

We put so much thought into every part of it, from the skylights positioned exactly where they needed to be to let natural light come in, to having the electrics split across different circuits so I can fully control how much artificial light I use depending on what I’m working on.

After 12 years in the industry, having my own space has always been the long-term dream. To finally stand inside something built from my hard work, devotion to my craft, and months of planning honestly feels surreal.

This studio was created around everything I specialise in, colouring, extensions & bridal hair/make up. I have everything I need in one space!

I’ve already been working in it for the past few weeks, and the vibe is exactly what I hoped it would be. The way the sun sets in the evenings, the calmness, the warmth… it’s exactly how I pictured it when this was just an idea. Seeing our vision turn into reality has been emotional in the best way.

I wanted to create a space where people feel safe, calm, comfortable and listened to. No loud chaos, no overstimulation, none of the noise that can come with big, busy salons. Just a peaceful environment where you can relax and enjoy your time.

A HUGE thank you to Craig my project manager, my biggest supporter, and the person who literally built most of this space with his own hands 🤣 I truly couldn’t have done this without you, both practically and mentally 😅 thank you for helping me make my dream a reality 🤍 @craigchatt
