It’s all a part of the game, rats will always be rats dressed up as loyalists, but their true nature always comes out when things don’t go their way. It is what it’s is. I have been lucky, I only have had a few like this but some trainers have had heaps. Just the luck of the draw. @boxer_____school @gerry___murphy @crankyfrankboxes @thedaleyeffect credit by @crankyfrankboxes

Lesson from 3x Olympic Gold 🥇🥇🥇 medalist Laszlo Papp:
Imagine your fist as an arrowhead, your knuckles as the tip, and your forearm as the shaft.

When the arrow strikes straight on, all its energy is focused at the tip (your knuckles), delivering maximum power and penetration—just like a perfectly executed punch.

Proper mechanics ensure your punch lands with full impact, like a straight-flying arrow. Align the tip (knuckles) and the shaft (forearm) so the force flows directly through, one behind the other. That alignment is the key to punching with penetrative power. @boxer_____school @crankyfrankboxes
