WE ARE LATINO BUSINESS OF THE YEAR! 🇻🇪❤️

What an incredible honor to receive this recognition from the @latinochamberminnesota

This year has not been an easy one for our Latino community. We have faced challenges, uncertainty, and moments that have tested our strength. But through it all, we have continued to show up for one another.

And that is what makes celebrations like this so meaningful. They remind us that we are not alone, that our community is resilient, and that there is so much beauty and power in coming together.

From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU to everyone who has supported my CRASQUI , believed in our vision, walked through our doors, and stood beside us throughout this journey.

I am also incredibly proud to share this special moment with my dear friend from @luisana_mendez @huellas.latinas , who is doing extraordinary work through her nonprofit, uplifting and supporting our community. Seeing both of us representing Venezuela and the Venezuelan community here in Minnesota fills my heart with so much pride. 🇻🇪❤️

Two Venezuelan women, two different missions, one shared love for our roots and our community. ¡Qué orgullo ser venezolanas!

This recognition is not just about a business. It's about our culture, our roots, our dreams, and the community that continues to lift each other up.

Crasqui is a lively Venezuelan fusion restaurant located in West St. Paul, Minnesota! Chef Soleil Ramirez was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and grew up in a loving, multigenerational home where food brought everyone together. Her fondest childhood memories are of cooking alongside her mother and grandmother for the people they cherished most. She now serves those memories, with a twist, for you.

Araguaney is the National Tree of Venezuela. On our menu it is a passion fruit, habanero, elderflower, and silver rum cocktail! 🩵

Others may recognize this tree as a Golden Trumpet-Tree. It grows in Florida and tropical environments like Venezuela!

The yellow of the Venezuelan National Flag is said to resemble this tree’s golden yellow flowers.

This bright and fun cocktail is our first spicy cocktail, but not our first drink with a kick on the menu! Catatumbo is a staple on our zero proof menu and is made with mora, habanero and lavender syrup, spices, and lime juice!

Our cocktail program is a part of the beating heart that is Crasqui Restaurant. 🌴

@diplomaticorum is one of our favorite! 🇻🇪

Our cocktail menu features both fresh fruit drinks as well as booze forward ones.

And, yes, some of them don't feature rum!

We are the only Venezuelan rum bar in the Midwest and we’re PROUD.

We’d like to introduce you all to a new section on our drink menu alongside some new drinks. These are "Classics but... the Venezuelan way."

A tribute to the Venezuelan coast and to a place deeply personal to us. La Guaira is home to Venezuela’s main international airport and was one of the areas most affected by the devastating double earthquakes. It is also where our Chef once called home. This mojito honors La Guaira’s resilience, its people, and its unforgettable Caribbean coastline. Bright, refreshing, and as blue as the ocean on a sunny day in La Guaira. 🇻🇪🌊

She features Diplomatico Planas, Fruitful coconut liqueur, coconut cream, spirulina, and mint syrup. We top it off with some coconut flakes and a gummy shark.
