Thank you @usbgmsp and all the judges, bartenders, restaurants, bars, and participants who were part of Iron Bartender this January! 🙌🥃🍸🍹 It was such a high-energy, fun-loving, supportive environment, and our nonprofit is so thankful to have received a generous donation from the proceeds raised.

Help the House Foundation just launched this January and we have hit the ground running. The funds raised at Iron Bartender allowed us to support hospitality workers in need of assistance during our first few weeks operating. We’ve requests related to sudden loss, mental health emergencies, funeral expenses, injuries resulting in lost work and paychecks, dangerous living situations, and more.

This industry is such a supportive community, thank you for helping us provide real help for people in need!

Started my day at with @winegirl365 and @vinelabwine at @crasquirestaurant with #lambrusco for brunch. It went beautifully with @soleilramirez ‘s desayuno criollo.

Well, I had bubbles on the brain all day and am ending my evening with this 100% #cheninblanc sparkler from #montlouissurloire . I studied French in the Loire Valley many moons ago, so this one brings me back! 😋

After a much anticipated reopening, @crasquirestaurant is officially back—and if you haven’t tried this Venezuelan gem in Saint Paul yet, now’s the time! 🇻🇪🔥

This intimate, high-end yet welcoming spot delivers bold flavors, swanky Miami-esque vibes, and next-level hospitality, with Chef Soleil Ramirez personally ensuring every guest has an unforgettable dining experience.

From crispy yuca sticks to melty tequeños, zesty ceviche, and the show-stopping Cocotero rum cake (served flaming, of course 🔥), every dish is crafted to impress. And don’t even get me started on the cocktails—Cuyagua is basically a tropical vacation in a glass. 🍹🌴

If you’re a fan of fine dining with heart, upscale Latin flavors, and handcrafted cocktails, add Crasqui to your must-try list ASAP. You’ll thank me later. 😉
