Haven’t posted in a long time since I haven’t had the chance to properly cook anything I thought was “good enough”. I’ve been really digging the random things I’ve been coming up with lately though so sharing this easy caprese avo toast today!

Sourdough, garlic spread, avocado, tomato, mozzarella, sliced basil, topped with adobo, pepper, smoked paprika, and nutritional yeast. Can confirm this hot the spottt taken in Washington Heights by @cravekitchn
