POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Highly recommend ending up in a group chat of strangers you’ve never met to plan @disneylorcana cosplay.

Representing the Hunny characters from Attack of the Vines and celebrating everything Lorcana this weekend, this community is truly magical and one of the most welcoming groups of humans.

If you’ve been wanting to start playing, collecting, participating you won’t find a safer TCG space. And if you want to cosplay Lorcana, go ahead and do it. by @creatingmagicpodcast

As we celebrate @starwars today wanted to remind everyone that Star Wars is a space for everyone. I can’t express enough how much it means that I’ve also found my Star Wars girly pops and how we continue to celebrate each other and our fandoms together.

For those of you that don’t know me or haven’t heard I’m also a podcaster and it feels like a faire if I don’t share on May the 4th that one of those podcasts is @notthedroidspod where we are watching the Star Wars universe chronologically. We are on a break from The Clone Wars while we rewatch @themandalorian in anticipation of the movie and then we will return to the rewatch

The Festival of the Holidays at EPCOT always brings some of my favorite things of the year. Food, Lights and the Candlelight Processional. This year I was able to attend the Candlelight Processional twice with Ashley Eckstein and Henry Winkler as the hosts which also meant eating at two different restaurants as we were able to get dining package reservations.

Things I learned: bread pudding and sticky toffee pudding are not for me.

The Gingerbread Carmel cookie from the Caramel shop in Germany is the best treat (always opt for the gingerbread one when available the snickerdoodle one is too sweet)

Part of the new fave of the podcast and Creating Magic is brining you more park content, I’ve always joked about wanting to eat at every restaurant at Disney and just maybe I will start working on that goal. This podcast is on a budget, we do this for fun so when the budget allows we will bring you some of the things we try.

Thank you to all my friends who allow me to take photos of their food before we eat 😂

Thoughts on the food we had for Festival of the Holidays:

Rose and Crown: Delicious, but Florida weather is not always the best for the heavier meals, if you get a cold day the Shepard’s Pie is amazing

The Pimm’s Drink is the perfect refreshing drink

Coral Reef: The Surf and turf is really good, I always feel weird eating seafood as there’s Wars me from the tank🐠

What are your favorite park restaurants?

The holiday season is upon us and one of the most go places is at @disneysprings when Christmas takes over Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar

We tried a few of their holiday treats as well as some standard favorites.

If you make it before the end of the season make sure to try the

🎄Holiday Spritz
$17.50
Aperol Liqueur, Cranberry Juice, Smoked Cranberry Syrup, and Prosecco garnished with a Rosemary Sprig

And always available

Air Pirate’s Cargo Loaded Pretzel
$25.00
Prosciutto, Sliced Brats, Artisan Salami, Smoked Cheddar, Black Diamond Cheddar, Caraway Pickles, Spicy Mustard, and Beer Cheese Fondue

So far, I think the Halloween specials have been my favorite of the year.

What is your go to at the Hangar Bar?
