POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

October is upon us, and we've got lots of sweet things coming your way!!! 🧟‍♂️ 🍬 🎃

First up is a new exhibition at the Gilbert Center! This month, Morgan McCullin's exhibition, Hillbillie, is on display! This exhibition is full of vibrant paintings about McCullin's lived experience growing up in poverty-stricken North Louisiana. Join us for a public reception and artist talk on Thursday, October 15th, from 5:30-8:00pm. This show closes on Saturday, October 31, so don't miss it! 👩‍🌾 ✨

Next is the Downtown Ruston Wine Walk! Visit Downtown Ruston from 6 - 9 pm on October 23 for a night full of fun! Tickets will go on sale two weeks before the event, so be on the lookout! Even if the tickets sell out before you snag yours, that's okay; you're still welcome to visit the participating businesses and hang out! We can't wait to see you there! 🍷🍾

Our fifth birthday is this month!!! Our store has gone through so many changes over the years, but one thing has always stayed the same: we love our community so, so, so much!!! If you're looking to celebrate with us, then join us for Downtown Ruston's Wine Walk... Also, keep an eye out, because we might have a special announcement coming! 🎂 🎉

Have you seen our new friends at the store? If you're in love with the stars on our ceiling, why not adopt one?! We've started the Adopt-A-Star program, where you can name one of the lucky stars on our ceiling! The fee of adoption for one year is $85 so come by the store and ask about adoption today!🌟🛰

Creative Meetups keep on keepin' on! Stop by one on Monday evenings from 6 - 8pm in the Kit Gilbert Studio, in the back of the Gilbert Center! Bring yourself and any art supplies you might need, or use some of our free art supplies in the studio. Make some new creative friends! 🎨 💫

Stop by the store today!!! Come check out how awesome our new layout looks. We've got so many new things, and we'd love to show them to you! The store is open Monday through Saturday from 10am - 6pm, and open on Sundays from 12pm - 4pm! We can't wait to see you! 🧡 🛒

That's all for now! We hope your October is full of spooky fun! 👻 🍭 by @creativeexchange.art

Seems like it’s on every channel: ADOPT-A-STAR!

At Creative Exchange, $85 lets you adopt a star on our ceiling for one whole year. Pick its name, then unwrap a commemorative keepsake and an official adoption certificate, stamp and all.
