Can I trade a pencil for a car?

I’ve always been fascinated by those videos where people start with something small and trade up to something crazy, so I wanted to give it a try here in my town: Ruston, LA!

Thanks to all the wonderful Ruston Business’s who supported my trading journey:
@thelocalruston
@pattonsdowntown
@318rentalpros
@creativeexchange.art
@jansopticalllc
@rustonathletic
@mckinneyoutdoorsuperstore

And thanks to @downtownruston @rustoncvb @cityofruston for giving me the best city for all my challenges this week 🙌

….. to be continued???

The Good Daze was nominated for Business Art Award of the year by @region8arts …. Voted on by our community. Voted on by YOU GUYS! It was such an honor to be nominated as a finalist alongside other incredible businesses. To be recognized as a pillar for the arts community is something I’m so thankful for🥹

Along with us being nominated, SO many Good Daze artists + community members were also nominated in different categories…. Some of them you might recognize from the first photo ;-) In some shape or fashion, every single one of them have contributed to the growth of The Good Daze which ultimately equals growth of arts in this community. #blessed 💙

We will ALWAYS be a pillar for local artists in this area….. and we’re currently in the process of creating MORE opportunities + room for local creatives with @thagooddaze & @thagooddazestudio ….let’s keep these vibes going for years to come💋

In partnership with The Gilbert Center, Creative Exchange, and the Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation we want to support Give for Good!!

Donating any amount (even if it’s the same price as your coffee) helps and will get you a free COGO drink☺️🫶

The Gilbert Center focuses the bulk of their work in the arts- curating exhibitions, organizing the Ruston Art Ramble, youth arts programming, hosting resident artists, organizing community events, etc.

Give for Good is a time when donations (given by May 5th) are matched by the North Louisiana Community Foundation making this the best time to give!!

Scan our QR code in shop or click on the link in our bio to give and get your free COGO drink:)
