Sometimes life has a funny way of reminding us to shift our focus from everyone else to ourselves. It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and taking care of others and neglect our own well-being in the process.

Remember, you are deserving of love, attention, and care just as much as anyone else. Taking time to prioritize your own needs doesn't make you selfish—it's an essential act of self-preservation.

So, reconnect with your passions, have that balance, and MOST of all take the time to recharge your batteries.
