One of the biggest problems I notice with new RE Investors looking to expand their income portfolio is not truly understanding the market where they’ve acquired a rental “solution”.

Rent assistance, Section 8, or STR may or may not be a good options depending on the location & comps!

This same dilemma also holds true for coaches/consultants/content creators. When you’re creating your next income stream, your solution may or may not be ideal for a D4U client and may be better suited for a DIY client!

Before launching your next income stream it’s vital to understand WHO needs it SPECIFICALLY!

I’ll be breaking this technique down in our next IN PERSON workshop here in Milwaukee, WI with @creditguymke and @summerscameron

This workshop is about to be NEXT LEVEL LIT 🔥

5 days after making this post was the last time I swiped my corporate badge (Feb 12,2012).

10yrs ago I made a scary decision (with my husband’s support) and went into entrepreneurship full time.

I’ve had 4 children and THIS WAS BY FAR the scariest thing I’ve ever done in my life.

I did everything wrong!
I made the wrong coaching investments!
I did everything alone!
I had trust issues!
I questioned my worth!
I watered down my prices!
I did ALL THE NEWBIE THINGS!

At first I was angry for wasting THOUSANDS of dollars in both time and money only to realize ALL OF THOSE THINGS had to happen!

There was literally NO WAY for me to FEEL and EMPATHIZE with my clients and COACH them through these fears and blocks had I not walked through my own personal fire!

I understand the importance of exclusion as 1-1 clients are being vulnerable.

But I also understand how vital it is for clients to brain dump in a group setting for accountability & energy transfer.

This is why I am so excited to be launching my JV accelerator program with my brother and business partner @creditguymke in the Q2!

If you’re tired of funding your business in fear and sick of having more ideas than income streams, you need to get on this waitlist as we are capping this at 10 members
