Yall! Not me eating pavement on lap 6 because both calves decided to clock out at the same time. 😭
The crowd yelling "MEDIC!" had me thinking somebody was dying.
Spoiler alert: it was just my legs. 💀
Got up and kept moving because the job wasnt done 🫠

Our first
HYROX Dallas 2025- Women's relay

Team, Grit, UNITY!!

I don't think I'll ever be over yesterday! Seriously, my entire day has been spent reliving the moments, scrolling through photos, and reading all your messages/DMs.

The support means everything—it's bigger than an event. It’s about inspiring the next person to go after their next best thing, and I truly hope we did that 🫶🏾💚 This is why I show up! We can ALL do hard things!

Huge shout-out to the Hustle House coaches and athletes (@hustlehousedfw ). The prep was everything, and I couldn't have done it without you!

And that relay? 🔥 essentially a strategic sprint! So proud of how the team crushed it. The start sets the tone/energy, the middle maintains the fight, keeping the pace, and last leg bringing the fire coming home strong. We may be done but the feeling isn't. Sorry(not sorry).
