Tonight was different🚀

Tonight was a night that I got to come in as a coach and implement things I learned over my training at The Method. To step outside my comfort zone, try things a little bit different than just the rinse and repeat. The biggest mistake you can make, is being so worried to make a mistake.

We all bought in tonight. I asked for your buy in, I asked our room to invest in the journey. Big, connected, loud, contagious rooms don’t just happen. They build over time all because one more person decides to let their walls down and just lean all in.

I’m so committed to building something even greater than we already have. Thank you for your buy in tonight, team.

what a summer!! ☀️

seven weeks ago I auditioned for this place. If you know me you know this has been a big dream of mine for a long time. It’s where I first found a love for this workout back in high school (from the first class I ever took with @chansho10 - I was hooked!!).

This room has seen me in so many seasons, been a second home to me on college breaks, and has impacted so much of my life.

Shoutout @cycle_saramascara who helped me realize I wanted to become an instructor in the first place nearly four years ago, when she had me ride podium with her for my 200th ride.

these past few weeks have challenged me to become a whole other version of being an instructor I didn’t know I could be. 60+ hours of conditioning including personalized training and 56 spin classes since June gave me a new level of appreciation for this industry and the people around me. It also reminded me that no matter how many classes you have taught or years you have coached, there is always space to grow.

Huge thank you to everyone who has ever taken a class with me, ridden next to me, poured into me, given me encouragement over the years - you have been a big part of this journey. 🩷 feeling really grateful.

Can’t wait to see what’s next.

CREEIA.
I hope when you look back on today, you don’t just remember the test out ride. I hope you remember who was in that room.
Because there is something pretty special about having that many people call in sick to work to be on a stationary bike with you at 9AM on a Thursday morning.
That doesn’t happen by accident.
That is community.
And Creeia, YOU built that.
You built it long before today through the way you show up for people, the energy you bring into a room, and the way people genuinely want to be around you.
Today, they showed up because they wanted to be part of your moment.
And what a moment it was.
You have wanted this for SO long. You walked into this program knowing exactly where you wanted to end up, but wanting something and earning it are two very different things.
For seven weeks, you WORKED.
You took the feedback. You made the adjustments. You practiced. You got uncomfortable. You found your voice. You learned to trust yourself. And little by little, we watched the instructor we knew was in there start coming out.
Then today, you got on that podium and there she was.
The confidence.
The connection.
The presence.
The JOY.
All of it.
You did it, Creeia.

Six weeks. A LOT of hours. A LOT of rides. Feedback, adjustments, breakthroughs, nerves, confidence, growth, maybe some tears, but most of all, SO much hard work.

There is something so special about watching a training group go through this process together. The bond that is created, the way they support and push one another, and the common goal they all share only fuels the fire in each of them.

You have truly blossomed throughout this process. Watching you find your voice, trust yourself, and lean into your own instructor vibe has been such a pleasure to witness. You bring an energy that is completely your own, and seeing you believe in yourself the way we all believed in you has been one of my favorite parts of this journey. Today was magical!

So proud of this training group, so grateful to be a part of their journey, and SO excited for our Neon community to experience everything they’re about to offer. 💚⚡️

This moment was so special. Talk about full circle moments happening right in front of you. From the beginning of it all, literally years and years ago we’ve been riding bikes in a dark room together.

I could write a whole novel with words flooding this page on how I feel about them, but I’ll leave it at this: never stop chasing what sets your soul on fire.

Feels SO good to love on, hype up and pour into the people who pour into you. Forever ever ever in your corner and will always be your loudest hype girl in the room!

This industry is something so special & Im just so dang proud of y’all’s hard work😭🤟🏼⚡️

july was special. we celebrated harlow’s 1st birthday and my 37th. i also did something for myself and flew all the way to monterrey just to ride a bike, or so i thought✨🦋 i even snuck in a milestone at neon💚
