Most brokerages think they’re running lean.

One look at their P&L tells a different story….

10 agents. Three transaction coordinators. A marketing hire. A PR person. An ops person.

It’s quietly losing money every month.

In the latest episode of CRES - we get @joekillinger ‘s take on what to cut first in the AI era.

George laid Joe off.

A month later, George got laid off too.

Most people would have laughed and hung up.

The operators who got wrecked in 2022 didn't get unlucky. They violated every tenet of the framework at the same time.

Wrong debt. Wrong projections. Wrong partners.

@gino_barbaro_official saw it coming — he'd already made every one of those mistakes himself a decade earlier.

That's what buying right actually means.

No boss. No bullhorn. No one telling you what to do.

@kenashley’s point system is how top producers govern their own week.

This is the framework.

@kenashley has been in this business for 30 years. No salary…but no ceiling either.

A lot of folks sleep on CRE because of the risk. The ones that don’t? They the ones you’re watching on your phone right now.
