Cheers to the most iconic girl of a lifetime. My photo album filled with videos of me dancing, singing, being weird with you. I named you Swag because you are so Swaggie. My favorite girl, my sister, chunker monker & cutie pie. I will always talk to you, she’s an Olympic Star Swimmer ⭐️ better than me and I swam for Gulliver. It was only right that I picked you up when I was 12 yrs young from a donation center called Paws 4 You, to then carry you in my arms and hold you through your last night til dawn. Everything about you is perfect. You’re a miracle with eyes that don’t lie, a special girl with a particular personality. You remind me of me. Go mama go, spread your wings and fly. Don’t go too far, drama queen. God knows where you’ll end up… my multidimensional sister. Slipping into altered states while fantasizing about food, fake crying for seconds. God gave us 16 long years - that’s 112 doggy years of priceless memories woven into my soul, cheers to transitioning to oneness, to growing up together, saying the best good bye that just feels like a wink, swagarrooo I love you and you are my best friend til the end ♾️ taken in Every Where by @cristyogini

Happy Wellist Week! Experience a unique, in-person event blending Yin yoga, sound healing, powerful breathwork techniques, and a quantum healing upgrade. This immersive experience centers on quantum healing, an alternative wellness practice that hinges on the idea that healing can occur by influencing the body at the deepest energetic or consciousness level, sometimes described metaphorically as the “quantum level.” It blends ideas from spirituality, mind-body medicine, and concepts borrowed from Quantum Physics. The soothing vibrations of sound from a wide variety of Reiki-infused instruments combined with gentle Yin Yoga help calm the nervous system and release stored tension, engendering a receptive state for deeper work—a realignment of subtle energy patterns. Many participants report experiencing a sense of deep rest, emotional and mental release, spiritual downloads, and a renewed sense of alignment.
