going b2b with @aleejjoo a few weeks ago at @thegroundmiami was a full circle moment… we met in college and i saw him play at a few clubs there… he lent me his ddj400 while he studied abroad & i was using that thing 24/7, teaching myself how to dj, hosting 5 person pregames so i can dj for them, taking the controller to @zunjiiii ‘s apartment that was a walk away from mine and mixing with her for hours…. it was so fun

@8ry8ry thx for these photos 🖤 my besties are my favorite booth baddies

Happy Wellist Week! Experience a unique, in-person event blending Yin yoga, sound healing, powerful breathwork techniques, and a quantum healing upgrade. This immersive experience centers on quantum healing, an alternative wellness practice that hinges on the idea that healing can occur by influencing the body at the deepest energetic or consciousness level, sometimes described metaphorically as the “quantum level.” It blends ideas from spirituality, mind-body medicine, and concepts borrowed from Quantum Physics. The soothing vibrations of sound from a wide variety of Reiki-infused instruments combined with gentle Yin Yoga help calm the nervous system and release stored tension, engendering a receptive state for deeper work—a realignment of subtle energy patterns. Many participants report experiencing a sense of deep rest, emotional and mental release, spiritual downloads, and a renewed sense of alignment.

tag ur bestie or share with ur homegirls that healed u from things they didn’t even break 🥹❤️🫂

i didn’t learn unconditional love from romance. i learned it from my sisters ❤️

🫂 the ones who held me when i felt lost & when i forgot who i was. the ones who didn’t try to fix me but reminded me of my power over and over again

that kind of love brings you back to yourself 🏡

it didn’t use to be like that. i grew up with female friendships that craved drama & gossip, that competed, bullied, and slept with each others bfs behind each others backs 😩 lmao sister wound was deep & there’s more to that but for another day…

but the most beautiful part is… that’s not the truth of women. that’s just what happens when we’re disconnected from ourselves

because when women feel safe in themselves, they don’t compete, they connect. they don’t tear each other down, they rise together

and when you find those women… it feels like coming home 🤍

thank you to all of the women in my life 🙏🏻

Today is very special because today marks 1 whole year sober. It’s been quite the journey to say the least filled with many ups and downs, learning curves, awkwardness and discomfort in dealing with new things as well as the unknown. To think I would be where I am today was unimaginable to me especially with where I had been the past few years. Because staying 1 day, 1 week or 1 month sober seemed like an impossible task at one point, no matter how badly I wanted to. My addiction ruled my life for quite some time, and I used to be embarassed by it or could hardly state that I was an addict. However, now, even though still slightly uncomfortable to admit, I believe there is strength, power and growth in that admission because I definitely would not be here today writing this if I had not conceded to the fact that I am an addict. It has made me who I am today and because of my addiction, I was able to have one of the most fulfilling beautiful years of my life on so many levels. I had so many strong and courageous women (and a few men) in my corner who listened to my struggles without judgement and with true care and empathy. I am so grateful for this year and all the people who entered my life and those who stayed a part of my life through this monumental journey of mine. To many more years to come, I made it and I’m so proud of myself! I can’t wait to see where this little life takes me because if this year is any indication of what’s ahead, then I can’t wait ❤️
