My first time seeing Canyon PREDICT in person, and I was genuinely blown away by the technology and, more importantly, the need for it.

I personally avoid riding on the roads more often than I’d like because of the risks that come with sharing them with vehicles. Seeing Canyon explore technology designed to anticipate potential dangers and help keep cyclists safer makes me excited for the future of cycling. The goal is simple: safer roads and more people feeling confident enough to get out and ride. 🚴‍♂️

The future of cycling is looking pretty incredible. @canyon by @crodtv

Bold Take: Mirrorless cameras are cooked soon unless they come out with some new technology or the cameras get smaller. I can almost get the same shots on a Osmo Pocket 4P and it’s tiny. I pick it up way more too shoot. It’s less intimidating to shoot in public. It’s got 2 leneses in one 20mm and 60mm. It shoots in D-Log so you can add your own creative looks. It’s got a gimble built in. Shoot up to 240 frames per second. It’s got wireless audio mic seamlessly integrated. The list goes on. Don’t get me wrong I love my Sony cameras but the mirrorless cameras are at a big stalemate the past few years. by @crodtv

Unboxing the 2027 Canyon Endurace CFR, which has become my go-to for recovery rides and pretty much anything under two hours.
The wider tires are a big reason why. That extra air volume allows for lower tire pressures, helping absorb bumps and rough pavement rather than transferring every little hit through the bike. A smoother ride with more grip, especially when the roads aren’t perfect.
Then there’s the new VCLS Aero seatpost. Its shape and carbon construction are specifically designed to flex vertically, helping take the sting out of bumps through the saddle. Canyon claims over 25% more vertical compliance than a rigid equivalent, while keeping the aero profile. Basically, a little more give where you actually feel the road.
My Speedmax CFR is where I put in my race-specific work, and the Aeroad CFR is my go-to for faster road rides. The Endurace fits those days when I just want to spin the legs, get my miles in, and enjoy being outside.
And comfortable doesn’t mean slow. In Canyon’s wind-tunnel testing, it came within one watt of the Aeroad at roughly 28 mph. 🤯
That combination of speed and comfort is what makes this one of the coolest bikes I’ve ridden. by @crodtv

What better place to overcome and prove what you’re capable of than Hawai`i?

If you’ve ever done an IRONMAN or 70.3, you know exactly what these sounds do to your body.

Those rolling start beeps almost haunt you. You hear them in your head during the day. Sometimes they even show up in your dreams.

Because you know what comes after that beep.

A long day. A lot of suffering. A lot of moments where you’re going to have to overcome whatever your body and mind throw at you.

Then Thunderstruck comes on and it feels like you’re about to go to war.

It’s the weirdest love/hate feeling. Part of you gets chills and can’t wait to hear it again. The other part remembers exactly what those sounds mean.

But when they start playing on race morning, there’s no turning back.

It’s time to go. by @crodtv

Work, train, recover, repeat.

That’s been my routine for the past few years. Some people love getting their training done first thing in the morning. Personally, I’d rather get my work done first.

Mornings are when I feel the sharpest and most creative, so that’s the energy I want to give my work. Use my brain first, then put my body to work. And when it’s time to train, I can focus on the session instead of thinking about everything I still need to get done.

I’m not a professional athlete. I don’t get paid to win races. I get paid to be creative. Training matters a lot to me, but so does the work that makes this lifestyle possible.
