WEEK 37 OF 2026.

Another week of putting intention behind the lifestyle I’m building.

As I get my miles back up, I’ve committed to running at least a mile every day throughout September with my brothers. And already, I can see and feel my fitness starting to come back.

This week also took me all the way to Los Angeles for the @cadence @cadencecpc grand opening. Getting to meet people who have inspired me throughout my own running journey was a pretty special experience.

And then, to randomly bump into a Vegan YouTuber I’ve been watching for years, @ratedvfood — that was definitely a cool moment.

Then back home, I got to step outside my comfort zone and take on my first HYROX simulation with my team @lauderdalerunclub.

Different experiences. Different challenges. Same goal — keep moving forward.

I’m truly grateful to have made it through another week of 2026. The miles, the travel, the community, the challenges, and the people I get to share it all with.

Intention.
Discipline.
Purpose.

That’s the lifestyle.

All the way from Florida, I had to be there.

When I found out September 9th was the grand opening of the new @cadence Performance Center in Los Angeles, I knew I couldn’t miss it. I had to put my feet through those doors and experience it for myself.

A cool 5K led by @hercuules kicked things off, followed by great vibes, great conversations, and an amazing group of people at the center.

It was a great opportunity to meet more of the LA running community and connect with some incredible people who share the same passion for running, fitness, and pushing themselves to be better.

I also finally got to meet @crodtv, someone I’ve been following for quite a while. I’ve always loved his work and content, and it was dope finally getting to meet him in person.

And low key… his content has even inspired me to start thinking about doing an Ironman.

So who knows… maybe this LA trip planted a bigger seed than I expected.

Florida to Los Angeles.
One 5K.
One grand opening.
A whole lot of inspiration.

Definitely worth the trip.

still haven’t learned how to swim…

Amazing day out in Redding on one of the best courses I’ve ever done. Couldn’t be more hyped about an AG win. This sport takes so much but gives back just as much. Thankful for all of the people I’ve met along the way as it’s been quite the journey. For the greater glory of God.
