Congrats to Chase Bullman and his teammate Bailey Belcher on placing 5th at Wodfest in Joplin, MO! At this competition, Chase PR'd his power clean with an impressive weight at 345#! While we didn't capture this on video, he did just recently PR his jerk at 345# and shared that instead. Way to lift heavy and place well at the comp, Chase! You're a beast! 💪🏽

Growth comes from showing up—even when you don’t want to.

Put in the work. Stay consistent. Do the things that are good for you, even when they’re uncomfortable, inconvenient, or difficult.

If you keep doing something you don’t want to do long enough, eventually you’ll start to see the results. And more importantly, you’ll start to see how it’s changing you for the better.

Those results become your return on investment.

You realize that the discomfort was worth it. You become more willing to do it again. Your discipline gets stronger. Your confidence grows. And something that once felt difficult starts becoming part of who you are.

Show up. Put in the work. Stay consistent.

The results will eventually give you the reason to keep going. by @crossfitwaukee
