Growth comes from showing up—even when you don’t want to.

Put in the work. Stay consistent. Do the things that are good for you, even when they’re uncomfortable, inconvenient, or difficult.

If you keep doing something you don’t want to do long enough, eventually you’ll start to see the results. And more importantly, you’ll start to see how it’s changing you for the better.

Those results become your return on investment.

You realize that the discomfort was worth it. You become more willing to do it again. Your discipline gets stronger. Your confidence grows. And something that once felt difficult starts becoming part of who you are.

Show up. Put in the work. Stay consistent.

The results will eventually give you the reason to keep going.

This is what TRU Challenge is all about. ❤️

Challenging yourself. Trying something new. Moving up a division when you’re ready. And coming back to do it all over again. 💪

You don’t have to be chasing a podium to have a reason to compete — sometimes the best competition is with yourself.

Michaela will be back this fall… will you? 👀

Workout #2 of the 2026 ValorFit Games is HERE: “DG”

This Hero WOD is dedicated to U.S. Air Force Major Walter “David” Gray, 38, of Conyers, Georgia, who lost his life on August 8, 2012, while serving in Afghanistan. Maj. Gray was a devoted husband, father of three, and an exemplary Airman.

Remember, this event goes beyond the competition floor. This will directly support ValorFit’s mission to help veterans rebuild health, strength, and community through functional fitness. Every rep is a tribute to Maj. Gray’s legacy and a step forward for the veterans ValorFit serves every day.

We can’t wait to see everyone push through this 10-minute AMRAP to honor his courage, legacy, and selflessness! Start mapping out your pacing with your partner and get ready to leave it all on the floor.

Stay tuned! Full movement standards, synchro criteria, and division breakdowns will be explained soon.
