The 2026 boys2MEN Leadership Summit: G.R.O.W was about so much more than leadership. It was about brotherhood, confidence, exposure, accountability, and giving young men the space to discover who they are and who they have the power to become.

Throughout the week, our young men were challenged to step outside of their comfort zones, build meaningful connections, learn from mentors, experience new opportunities, and GROW.

We ended the summit welcoming a new group of young men into the Crowley Foundation family, but their journey is only beginning. What happened during this week will continue through mentorship, community, and the relationships built along the way.

To every mentor, volunteer, facilitator, partner, sponsor, parent, and supporter who helped make this experience possible, THANK YOU. You helped create memories, lessons, and connections that will extend far beyond the summit.

This is what investing in young men looks like. This is what GROWth looks like. 🌱

🎥 Take a look back at an unforgettable 2026 boys2MEN Leadership Summit.

High body numbers became a glorified part of our society. That’s not how you find a supportive partner that helps you build an empire.

Additionally it siphons your energy from creating greatness.

🏆🎬 2026 WINNER SPOTLIGHT: boys2MEN: Three Lives. One System. And the Fight for Freedom. 🎬🏆

The Colorado Diasporic Film Festival is proud to announce boys2MEN: Three Lives. One System. And the Fight for Freedom. as the 2026 winner in the Cultural Feature Documentary category!

Directed by Kenneth D. Crowley Sr., Jayana Crowley, Kenneth D. Crowley II, and Jean Crowley, this intimate and unfiltered documentary follows three young men coming of age within a system that shapes their choices, opportunities, identities, and futures. Through deeply personal storytelling, the film explores the tension between circumstance and choice while honoring the vulnerability, humanity, strength, and resilience of young men whose experiences are too often misunderstood or overlooked.

More than a documentary, it is a call to reflection and action. It asks audiences to examine the systemic barriers affecting young people and consider what it truly takes to create pathways toward freedom, purpose, opportunity, and transformation. The filmmakers are also using the project to support youth engagement, panel discussions, and broader community conversations.

Congratulations to the directors, the three courageous young men who shared their stories, and the entire creative team. Thank you for creating a film that challenges audiences to listen more deeply, confront inequity, and contribute to meaningful change.

Please join us in celebrating boys2MEN: Three Lives. One System. And the Fight for Freedom. and its outstanding filmmakers!

Learn more about the film on the Colorado Diasporic Film Festival website.
