I’m doing more than teaching HVAC — I’m developing leaders through the HVAC trade. 🔧💯

Every time I step into a classroom, my goal isn’t just to teach someone how to install equipment. It’s to help young people develop the skills, confidence, work ethic, and mindset they can carry with them into any career.

HVAC gives you a trade.
Mentorship gives you direction.
Leadership gives you the ability to impact others.

This is bigger than heating and cooling. It’s about helping the next generation discover what they’re capable of — and giving them a skill they can build a future around.

📍 Columbus, Ohio: If you’re interested in learning the HVAC trade, I want to hear from you.

I’m connecting with people, like @og_crowley and the @crowleyfoundation who are ready to learn a skilled trade, develop practical skills, and take the next step toward building a career in HVAC.

📲 DM me “HVAC” if you’re interested in learning the trade or want information about upcoming training opportunities.

Let’s build skills.
Let’s build leaders.
Let’s build futures. 🔧

High body numbers became a glorified part of our society. That’s not how you find a supportive partner that helps you build an empire.

Additionally it siphons your energy from creating greatness.

🏆🎬 2026 WINNER SPOTLIGHT: boys2MEN: Three Lives. One System. And the Fight for Freedom. 🎬🏆

The Colorado Diasporic Film Festival is proud to announce boys2MEN: Three Lives. One System. And the Fight for Freedom. as the 2026 winner in the Cultural Feature Documentary category!

Directed by Kenneth D. Crowley Sr., Jayana Crowley, Kenneth D. Crowley II, and Jean Crowley, this intimate and unfiltered documentary follows three young men coming of age within a system that shapes their choices, opportunities, identities, and futures. Through deeply personal storytelling, the film explores the tension between circumstance and choice while honoring the vulnerability, humanity, strength, and resilience of young men whose experiences are too often misunderstood or overlooked.

More than a documentary, it is a call to reflection and action. It asks audiences to examine the systemic barriers affecting young people and consider what it truly takes to create pathways toward freedom, purpose, opportunity, and transformation. The filmmakers are also using the project to support youth engagement, panel discussions, and broader community conversations.

Congratulations to the directors, the three courageous young men who shared their stories, and the entire creative team. Thank you for creating a film that challenges audiences to listen more deeply, confront inequity, and contribute to meaningful change.

Please join us in celebrating boys2MEN: Three Lives. One System. And the Fight for Freedom. and its outstanding filmmakers!

Learn more about the film on the Colorado Diasporic Film Festival website.
