“Once Upon a Time in Hollywood moment”
Not all Actors want to be Stuntmen,
some love what THEY do, Act,
and appreciate what WE do, Stunts.
Far less however don’t take the credit,
and are secure enough to acknowledge our craft.
@charliesheen has ALWAYS been a stand-up guy and shown love, respect, and appreciation for Stuntmen and Stuntwomen.
a rare commodity in Hollywood, when even @theacademy doesn’t even acknowledge our fkng existence.

clip# 1 : it’s about 3:30am on set with
Mr. Clint Eastwood directing, “the Rookie” Charlie is doing an interview live on @goodmorningamerica and decides to spontaneously “invite” me into the convo.
Clearly you can see,
im no actor, and haven’t a clue what to say to America…

years ago, @kurtmattila put this together as a Pitch-deck to show the studio what we were attempting.
they LOVED it, until they didn’t.
they called it a crazy suicide mission.

in my Opinion, being a Professional Stuntman/Driver,
the hardest part isn’t really the danger, any dumbPHQ can run into a wall.
To me, it’s the mental pressure of being in the
“Hot-Seat”.
It’s the daily stress of knowing you are in a position that EVERYONE is watching, and judging you,
focusing on you, and your every move.
In Hollywood time is money, with an entire crew standing and expecting you to get it right the first time,
quietly judging you.
Over the years personally I’ve learned to blank out all the background noise, thoughts and just laser focus on the task at hand, whether its the upcoming pain that will result,
or knowing ever single person is watching, rooting, or judging.
I have learned to be less “Cougar” and more “Maverick”.
it’s a constant mental exercise done daily over the years and years.

“Ain’t nothin to it, but to do it.”

This was probably one of THE hardest pressure jobs in my career.
A week of intense 12 hr days with half the execs coming from Japan and half a world away expecting almost perfection.
just another Adventure for me in a job I’ve always dreamed of doing since i was a little kid. #Stuntman
