Going into Retro Con, given the nostalgia for Kim Possible I figured there might be a chance of seeing someone cosplaying her, but wasn't gona get my hopes up. Literally the moment I walk in and see @vee_theenergydrink we both went nuts. So of course we had to get shots together, courtesy of the usual wizardry of Dylan and Wispy, making me all the more thankful I decided to get this suit.

It could be argued that there's no such thing as a glamor shotwhem it comes to my lipsyncs. They're the performance equivalent of "guitar face, when youre just so lost in the performance, the weird faces you're making are the LAST thing you're concerned about. A performance btw that I had to improvise on the day cause I made a mistake and had to switch songs, buy I think I still did alright. Really hoping to get involved in more of these and up my craft, already got ideas for cosplays I haven't even started on tho...

"I am EVIL, have I made myself clear?"

My 100th post!! 100 posts and a hell of a lot of growth as a cosplayer and as a person over the last three years. From buying my first osplay online (and the numerous irresponsible spending choices that would follow), to finally learning how to sew again, not mention the leaps and bounds my confidence and my creative muscles have been stretched. Especially all the fellow incredible cosplayers I'm so grateful to know that make up this community of ours, I know I say it a lot but thank you all!! And spe I'll thanks to @erotiicka

I know I haven't been active as much, just trying to find some stability and order in my life rn. Also gotta figure out how to take to Overload and Springgeddon later in the year. So glad to start getting good use out of this catsuit (Thanks @artificeclothing !!). Camie will be the first of many cosplays I hope to use this catsuit for. Look out for Catwoman, Black Cat, Selene, Meiko Shiraki and other in the future (if I'm missing any other characters to add to that list PLSSSS let me know, I'd love to do as many as I can).

Okay Camie might be one of my new favourite cosplays guys, you have idea how damn cute I feel as her. Also this was my first attempt at a gyaru style makeup look and though it's more subtle it still really works. Autumngeddon 2026 was definitely very chill for me. Might not have done much, might not have bought much, but honestly just getting to hang with and intercity with everyone, mutuala, new codplayers and especially ones I'd been meaning to hang out with more was more than enough for me. That kind of community and belonging was exactly what I needed at this point in time, so thanks to everyone I get to see and talk with that weekend!!

When I saw Lady D on one of Armageddon's first promotional posters of the year, I CALLED Maggie Robertson showing up at some pointthis year and SURE ENOUGH. The instant I saw her announcement, I knew I had to lock in and finally out that second hand dress I bought to good use. For all the times I've gone to Armageddon, I've never done any of the guest signings or photo ops, and she was actuallythe coolest and let me know how stunning my Lady D cos was EEEEEEE. It all went by so quick I had no idea what to say and only wished we could've talked for a little longer. So thank you Maggie for all your contributions to gaming, for finally motivating me to cosplay Lady d, and for outmogging me THIS hard.

BEHOLD MY LADY DIMITRESCU COSPLAY AND THE SINGLE BEST EDIT I'VE DONE SO FAR, IM ACTUALLY SO PROUD OF IT I’ve had this dress in my wardrobe for nearly two whole years after I bought it off a cosplay mutual second hand in the hopes that I'd one day do Lady D. That day finally came and she couldn't have come out better. Modifying the dress might have been a labour of love, especially learning how to machine sew again, but that and everything else I put together for her worked out really well (though I still hope to keep working on upgrading it ngl). Also if anyone knows the s of anyone in the last pic, pls like!

I mulled over the thought of entering my first cosplay competition for weeks before finally caving in, and by God was it worth it. Getting to see every other contestant at their best and getting to talk about their labours of making their outfits and seeing everyone's hard work pay off was seriously the best. And getting Best Stager/Performer honestly came as a total surprise, my ass came up with this routine so close to the date but I gave it my all and here we are. Thanks so much to Cosmos for putting this together, the judges for their work and support and every one of my fellow contestants because you should all be so so SO proud.

Is she a hassle to wear? Yes. Do I get tangled in all the hair and chains? Yes. Do I sweat like a lobster underneath it all? Yes. Am I taking every other moment to make sure I don't have a nip slip? Yes. But is there any other cosplay that I feel the absolute hottest, most powerful, most "J can take on the entire world and look hot doing it"? I don't think so.
