🍌 BANANAS alert! 🍌 @bananatheseries won the Best Digital Short Series Award @seriesfest !!!!

Thank you to @seriesfest for the most amazing world premiere, @indiewire for the writeup, and our wonderful jury.

A heartfelt thanks to everyone who took the time to tell us about their connection to the material and share their story. Your vulnerability and power in opening up inspired us in so many untold ways. This story is so personal to us and we were deeply moved to know that it resonated with so many of you.

We made Banana for anyone who has ever felt unseen or experienced cultural bereavement. 💕

We couldn’t have gotten here without our extraordinary cast and crew who poured their talents and souls into this project.
