After exploring, releasing, reclaiming, and recreating… we’re gathering again. ✨

Womb Room — Session 3 invites us into the next part of the journey:

🌿 WOMB WISDOM: LISTENING, NOURISHING & EMBODYING

This session is about moving from healing into practice.

How do we actually listen to our bodies?
How do we nourish ourselves beyond exhaustion?
How do we honor the seasons of our lives?
How do we embody the wisdom we’ve discovered within ourselves?

Together, we’ll explore:

🌿 Nourishment for the body, heart, spirit & creativity
🌙 Inner seasons & honoring our natural rhythms
🙏🏾 Creating a personal womb devotion practice
🪞 Reflection, intention & embodied wisdom
✨ A closing ritual to return to ourselves

My womb is my church. I go inward, where blood becomes scripture written in red, and pain becomes a fulfilling prophecy. That kind of silence teaches, and in turn, my intuition preaches. My womb is not a burden to manage, no. She is a holy temple I return to, month after month, shedding and shedding, bleeding in wisdom. My heartfelt place of endings and beginnings.
